Great dining is a specialty at the Inn. For many people who live on and frequent Cape Breton Island, our dining room has been a not-to-miss destination for celebrations, family and friends. Our chefs incorporate the best in authentic Canadian, French and European cuisine. We are proud to present a varied menu to please most palates.


Dining Experience

A continental breakfast is offered daily for our overnight guests.
Come and enjoy an evening meal in our spacious cedar log dining room or lounge. The menu is influenced by the abundant and fresh local seafood and produce. We also create daily features to reflect the season.



Our dining room is open daily from during the summer season - mid May to mid Oct.
The restaurant is now closed for the 2014 season. A continental breakfast is provided for room guests. Reopening May 2015. Thank your for your patronage.

Our 2015 dining room hours and sittings:

  • In-house continental breakfast – 7:30 am – 9:30 am daily.
  • Dinner –  Sittings 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm daily. Reservations recommended.
  • Bar Menu – Available in the main floor lounge from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm
