Music Camp at the Inn 2014

Friday, June 6th to Sunday, June 8th

The Bras d’Or Lakes Inn is the host venue for the Kitchen Rackets annual Music Camp on the Canal. Music Camp on the Canal is a weekend experience designed by Kitchen Rackets.org for amateur players at all levels and ages. The weekend begins with a reception/jam session on Friday evening; a Saturday full of workshops; a Saturday night All Star Concert featuring faculty and special guests… followed by a Ceilidh/Kitchen Racket with campers and players from the St. Peter’s community. On Sunday, there’s time for a morning workshop or band practice. To complete the weekend, the Sunday luncheon features performances by Band Lab participants (which could be you!). There is more throughout the weekend: on-site instrument repairs, close-up encounters with your instructors and fellow players from far and near; local artisans market, great food – lunches and supper are included in Music Camp fee.

Registration, lunches, dinner and workshop events are part of a separate Music Camp on the Canal package where participation rates vary from $100 to $225.
