Myles Davidson Carol Martell – Friday, July 21st & 28th July, 7:00- 9:00pm

Myles Davidson is an up and coming artist from St. Peter’s, Nova Scotia. A self-taught musician, Myles has been playing guitar since the age of four, and writing songs since the age of ten. Myles comes from a very musical background. His grandfather Estwood Davidson was the longtime guitar player for the legendary Winston “Scotty” Fitzgerald during the golden years of Celtic music. His father Harold was the bassist for the folk-rock group Brakin’ Tradition; a well-known group throughout Atlantic Canada. Myles takes much of his inspiration from the musical background he was raised in.

Davidson brings with him to the stage a sound that is very much unique to him. Combining a local folk sound with country, rock, and traditional influences, Myles covers many bases for music fans. Every song has a story, and Myles loves sharing the tales that have come with his own songs and the songs of others. If you are looking for an entertainer with a stage presence and sound similar to artists such as J.P. Cormier and Dave Gunning, look no further than Myles Davidson.
